Over his career of 25+ years, Paul Tombleson has held roles ranging from Commercial Manager at BHP to Senior Manager at Deloitte, General Manager at Carter Holt Harvey and now of course, Director at Lagom.
Being a Charted Accountant, Paul has been directly involved with the success of many large-scale ERP projects.
Paul’s experience spans numerous projects of significance. He programme managed the ERP implementation for the initial set up and amalgamation of the Auckland Council into a single entity in just 9 months. He worked to rescue the largest and most challenging Local Government programme NewCore, delivering it effectively to the agreed budget, timeframes and scope. Paul also led the global deployment of SAP to Vodafone NZ.
He is known for his calm, collected presence and skill uniting people to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Paul is motivated by ensuring the delivery of truly great results for our customers.
Deepak Pratap is an accomplished certified Project Specialist who brings over 15 years of high-level expertise to his role as Director at Lagom.
His experience spans business transformation, transition management global ERP/SAP rollout (including mergers and acquisitions), delivery management, stakeholder management and offshoring across various countries.
Deepak is skilled at providing effective technical architecture to leverage technology in creating revenue opportunities.
He has a track record of excellence in delivering medium and large-sized change projects from initiation and planning through to delivery and implementation, whilst minimising the impact on business functions.
He draws on this experience to evaluate and propose technical solutions that optimise deliverability and cost effectiveness.
As Director of Lagom, Deepak leads from the front to ensure effective solutions for each and every client.
Chris Casaelia has over 15 years of experience leading or being involved in HR technology implementations and transformation initiatives from Payroll, LMS, Recruitment, Compensation through to Core HR and Case Management tool sets.
He has a genuine passion for HR and Tech which he combines with a pragmatic approach when working with clients to solve their issues, adeptly factoring in environmental, cultural, financial and/or time pressures.
Chris has spoken at numerous conferences on topics such as HR Analytics, Payroll, HR SaaS solutions, HR and IT integration and loves sharing his experience.
He enjoys mentoring and sharing his knowledge with the new generation of HR tech super stars, and being challenged on norms or approaches which shape his thinking as well as customers’.
Chris is delighted at the sheer pace of change in the people solutions industry and is always on the lookout for the next disrupting Tech.

Gaurav Patil has an exceptional track record managing multiple major initiatives and building successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
His professional experience spans the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruiting program and extends to dealing with employee relations, strategic and succession planning and project management.
Gaurav is responsible for managing Lagom’s recruitment activities, associate engagement and project sourcing. He is the first point of contact for all associates and interns and looks after the delivery and regular HR operations here at Lagom.
Gaurav is passionate about bringing together the right people to achieve extraordinary results.
Sriram Prakash Suresh
Sriram is an experienced SAP professional with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry.
He has strong SAP skills across various industries viz products, manufacturing, government and health which helps him in providing technical architecture of SAP solutions to our customers.
Being a motivated and self-driven individual he also holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Auckland.
He is responsible for understanding business requirements from customers and translate them into IT solution through innovation.
Shivam Jaisinghani brings in the flair of marketing and advertising in the company. With experience of traditional and digital marketing, he understands the customer's needs and delivers to satisfy them.
Youngest among all, he has the passion of doing things creatively and learn from the seniors. He has worked in various marketing firms including Groupm and Mccan Worldwide.
